The vote never flipped.
The information did.
After Rome’s failed guys-only meeting left him with no path outside the BB Blockbuster, Wednesday afternoon and evening should have been a quiet countdown toward eviction night.
Taylor turned it into something else.
She began telling Jason, LaTrice, Lyric, Yash and Barrett that Jason had enough votes to survive against Melody. Barrett agreed to support the plan and immediately reported the conversation to Dee. Angela privately made it clear that she would never keep Jason over Melody. Dee and Devens remained firmly committed to removing him if Rome won safety.
Taylor was not leading a vote flip.
She was leading a majority that existed only inside conversations where people refused to tell her no.
The phantom vote exposed The Honor Society before it survived one eviction. It pushed Dee, Angela and Haley toward viewing Taylor as the leader of the other side. It gave Jason false confidence. It allowed Yash to spread the claim that Angela and Dee were secretly keeping Jason.
While Taylor chased votes that were not there, The Toolshed became increasingly suspicious of its own middle.
Devens checked Drew and Barrett directly. Dee questioned Barrett’s time with Mallory and Taylor. Angela wanted to know why Drew had not revealed his relationship with Yash. Kamu warned Drew that Dee, Angela and Chuk were concerned about his connection with Melody.
Drew remained protected.
His cover did not remain clean.
Kamu Reassures Melody
Kamu told Melody that she had his vote and asked her to remember the favor later.
It was another confirmation that Melody remained the safest nominee heading into eviction night.
Kamu was not keeping Jason over her.
He was using the vote to create future value.
Melody already had Drew working to protect her. Mallory wanted to rebuild around her. Lyric discussed future possibilities with her. Kamu now wanted something in return for helping her survive.
Rome and Jason spent the week campaigning for immediate safety.
Melody used the block to collect relationships she could carry into Week 3.
Angela Exposes The Honor Society
Angela told Devens about The Honor Society shortly after forming it with Dee, Taylor and LaTrice.
The alliance was supposed to give Taylor and LaTrice another layer of protection.
Instead, the reigning HOH knew about it almost immediately.
Haley knew too.
The Honor Society was never an independent power structure. It was another side alliance connected to the same players controlling The Toolshed.
Angela and Dee received information from Taylor and LaTrice.
Taylor and LaTrice received the appearance of protection.
Only one side still controlled the votes.
Too Many Alliances and Not Enough Loyalty
Angela admitted that the house had accumulated too many alliances.
The Toolshed remained the central eight.
Drew and Barrett had The Jugglers.
Drew and Kamu had The Handymen.
Angela and Dee had The Honor Society with Taylor and LaTrice.
Devens, Drew and Barrett had begun creating playful structures around Yash.
The problem was not the names.
It was that the same people sat near the center of nearly all of them.
Drew, Barrett, Angela, Dee and Devens collected side relationships while expecting everyone else to remain loyal to the main alliance.
That arrangement works until the side pieces begin comparing what they were promised.
Wednesday night brought the house closer to that point.
LaTrice Investigates the Towel Prank
The afternoon briefly slowed down when LaTrice attempted to discover who had moved or hidden towels around the house.
Drew later admitted placing one. Jason had reportedly hidden others. Haley continued hiding from LaTrice and turning the situation into another running joke.
It was harmless.
It also reflected LaTrice’s position.
The house enjoyed her personality.
People appreciated what she contributed socially.
They still excluded her from the information deciding the game.
LaTrice could investigate every towel in the house.
She still could not get a truthful vote count.
Devens Starts Questioning The Jugglers
Devens became concerned that Drew and Barrett might vote outside the majority.
He specifically worried about what could happen if Melody won the BB Blockbuster and the final nominees became Rome and Jason.
Dee believed betraying the alliance would destroy Drew and Barrett’s games.
She was right.
They had no reason to expose themselves for either nominee.
The important part was that Devens no longer assumed their loyalty.
He checked it.
Drew and Barrett had spent two weeks building relationships with both sides. The outsiders viewed them as possible partners. The Toolshed viewed them as information bridges.
Their position remained powerful because everyone believed they could use them.
It became dangerous because everyone could finally see it.
Haley Wants LaTrice Gone
Haley told Dee and Angela that LaTrice should leave relatively soon.
Lyric could wait.
Jason could potentially become useful if he survived.
LaTrice was becoming too connected and too willing to question the majority’s preferred result.
The Honor Society had not protected her.
It had given Haley another reason to watch her.
The group later considered temporarily adding Haley for one week, which would have placed the person targeting LaTrice directly inside an alliance with her.
The Honor Society was becoming less of an alliance and more of a tracking device.
Dee Allows Taylor’s Misunderstanding to Grow
Dee and Angela knew Taylor and LaTrice wanted Jason kept over Melody.
They also knew Jason did not have the votes.
Instead of correcting Taylor immediately, they discussed waiting until closer to the eviction.
That decision created the entire night’s confusion.
Taylor continued counting Angela and Dee.
She approached Barrett.
She reassured Jason.
She told Lyric.
Yash eventually repeated that Angela and Dee had promised to keep Jason.
The majority avoided one uncomfortable conversation and created several hours of unnecessary paranoia.
Jason was never staying over Melody.
Taylor was simply allowed to believe he was.
Melody and Mallory Plan for Week 3
Melody and Mallory discussed working with Drew and Barrett after the eviction.
Later, conversations expanded toward a possible group involving Melody, Mallory, Lyric, Drew and Yash.
The idea made sense from the outside.
Drew had protected Melody.
Barrett maintained a relationship with Mallory.
Yash appeared available.
Lyric needed somewhere to land after Rome.
The problem was that Drew and Barrett were still inside The Toolshed.
Melody and Mallory viewed them as potential partners.
The Toolshed viewed Melody and Mallory as future targets.
Drew remained safe because neither side understood how much he had promised the other.
Haley Warns Kamu
Haley told Kamu that the alliance was questioning Drew and Barrett.
She explained that Devens intended to verify their votes and ensure they did not attempt to save Rome.
She also told Kamu about the new structure involving Dee, Angela, Taylor and LaTrice.
Kamu received nearly every important piece of internal information without becoming the person visibly creating the paranoia.
He later returned some of that value to Drew by warning him that Dee, Angela and Chuk were concerned about his relationship with Melody.
Drew had several Final Twos.
Kamu was becoming the one who provided him with information capable of saving his game.
Haley Worries Chuk Could Drift
Haley also worried that Chuk could become closer to Taylor and LaTrice through his existing relationships.
Chuk remained inside The Toolshed.
That was not enough to make Haley comfortable.
She wanted the freedom to maintain side structures.
She became suspicious when one of her closest allies might do the same.
Even after learning about The Honor Society, Haley continued planning to nominate LaTrice if she won HOH.
The new alliance changed nothing about her target.
Drew Breaks Down
Drew became emotional while missing his family.
Several of the men gathered around him and supported him.
It was one of the few moments of the day that had nothing to do with vote counts or alliances.
It also demonstrated why Drew remained so protected.
People did not only value his strategic position.
They genuinely care about him.
The house could recognize that Drew played both sides and still feel personally loyal to him.
That social foundation may be what saves him when the alliance collection becomes impossible to hide.
Barrett Warns Devens About Taylor
Barrett told Devens that Taylor believed she had enough votes to keep Jason over Melody.
Drew and Barrett then discussed which members of The Toolshed might eventually turn first. Haley and Kamu were among the names they considered.
That was The Jugglers’ entire game in one sequence.
Barrett listened to Taylor.
He allowed her to believe he was available.
He carried the information directly back to Devens.
Then he and Drew privately prepared for the alliance’s eventual collapse.
They were proving loyalty while planning around betrayal.
Devens Checks Drew and Barrett
Devens directly asked Drew and Barrett where their votes stood.
Both reassured him that they would follow the majority.
They were telling the truth.
Neither man intended to destroy his position for Rome or Jason.
Devens still needed to hear it.
The Jugglers wanted to appear open enough that Taylor, LaTrice, Mallory and Melody continued talking to them.
They had now become open enough that their own alliance stopped automatically trusting them.
Taylor Tells Jason He Is Staying
Taylor confidently informed Jason that he had the votes to survive against Melody.
He did not.
Taylor built the count from soft assurances, people avoiding confrontation and Barrett directly telling her what she wanted to hear.
She treated sympathy as commitment.
She treated conversations as votes.
She treated nobody openly rejecting the plan as proof that the plan was working.
Jason finally believed he had a path.
The majority had already closed it.
Yash Names Dee as His Target
Yash told Devens, Drew and Barrett that he wanted to nominate Dee if he won HOH.
Targeting Dee made strategic sense for someone outside the majority.
Announcing it in front of three people connected to her did not.
Devens is one of Dee’s closest allies.
Drew and Barrett were members of The Toolshed.
Yash trusted their middle position enough to expose his intended shot.
Drew attempted to redirect him toward Haley, Kamu and Chuk—people whose removal would benefit Drew without costing him Dee.
Yash resisted alienating Kamu.
The conversation revealed both players.
Yash wanted to attack the center.
Drew wanted an outsider to weaken The Toolshed for him.
Lyric Moves Closer to Chuk
Lyric continued spending physical and strategic time with Chuk.
The relationship helped her prove that she could function without Rome.
At least publicly.
Privately, Lyric remained attached to Rome. She worried about women contacting him after the show and continued kissing him when the house went to sleep.
Chuk believed the breakup was real enough to invest in their growing relationship.
That belief would not last through the night.
The Real Backup Vote Never Changes
Dee and Devens confirmed the actual plan.
If Rome won the BB Blockbuster and the final nominees became Jason and Melody, Jason would leave.
Melody had the majority.
Jason had Taylor, LaTrice and possibly Rome.
That was not a vote flip.
It was not close.
The house spent hours debating a result that had already been decided.
Jason Targets Drew and Melody
Jason finally found the correct campaign argument.
He planned to expose Drew and Melody’s relationship and convince people that keeping Melody would strengthen an influential pair.
That concern was real.
Dee, Angela, Haley and Chuk were already questioning Drew’s connection with Melody.
The majority simply preferred removing Jason first and addressing Melody later.
Jason found a crack.
He did not have the numbers or time to widen it.
LaTrice Promises Jason Safety
LaTrice told Jason that he had enough votes to stay.
She believed his loyalty could benefit her after the eviction.
That was a logical position for LaTrice.
Removing every person outside The Toolshed would only leave her closer to the block.
Her mistake was believing The Honor Society gave her influence over Angela and Dee.
Angela had already exposed the alliance to Devens.
Dee was already preparing to tell LaTrice the vote would not move.
The Honor Society gave LaTrice confidence.
It did not give her control.
Angela Questions Drew and Yash
Angela asked Haley why Drew had not told them about his alliance or relationship with Yash.
Haley pointed out the obvious.
Drew had no reason to reveal every side agreement when Angela and Dee were not telling him everything about Taylor and LaTrice.
Angela viewed her side alliances as protection.
She viewed Drew’s as possible betrayal.
Her suspicion was still justified.
Drew concealed the relationship because Yash trusted him enough to name Dee as a target.
Barrett Gives Taylor a Fake Vote
Taylor approached Barrett and explained that she needed one more vote to keep Jason.
Barrett told her he was willing.
He immediately reported the conversation to Dee.
The move allowed Barrett to maintain Taylor’s trust and prove his loyalty to The Toolshed at the same time.
It also encouraged Taylor to keep spreading an inaccurate count.
Barrett did not create the phantom majority.
He knowingly allowed it to continue because the information benefited him.
Taylor’s Vote Count Spreads
Taylor told more people that Jason had the numbers.
Yash told Kamu and Chuk.
Barrett told Mallory that Taylor was counting people who were lying to her.
Kamu recognized that the vote probably was not real.
The story eventually became that Angela and Dee had personally promised Taylor they would keep Jason.
Angela privately rejected that idea.
Dee became frustrated.
Drew and Kamu were left wondering who had lied.
The actual vote never moved.
The misinformation still damaged trust inside the majority.
Dee Turns on Taylor
By the end of the night, Dee, Angela and Haley were discussing Taylor as the leader of the other side.
Taylor had campaigned for Jason.
She worked with LaTrice.
She approached Barrett.
She spread her count to Lyric and Yash.
None of it changed the result.
It changed how the majority viewed her.
Taylor looked active.
She looked connected.
She looked willing to organize against The Toolshed.
The phantom vote failed to save Jason and succeeded in raising Taylor’s threat level.
Dee Questions Barrett’s Loyalty
Dee became irritated by Barrett’s continued socializing with Mallory and Taylor.
She wanted Barrett maintaining outside connections when those connections produced information.
She did not want those relationships becoming strong enough to give him options.
That is the contradiction surrounding The Jugglers.
The Toolshed needs Drew and Barrett because outsiders trust them.
The Toolshed distrusts Drew and Barrett because outsiders trust them.
Their middle position remains valuable until the alliance decides the information is no longer worth the uncertainty.
Chuk Feels Safe
Chuk believed he remained safe as long as Melody or Mallory did not win the next HOH.
He viewed Mallory as a possible target but did not appear as eager as Haley to remove LaTrice.
That difference could matter next week.
Haley wanted LaTrice out.
Chuk maintained relationships with Taylor and LaTrice.
Drew wanted outsiders to take shots at Haley, Chuk or Kamu.
The Toolshed remained united for Thursday.
It did not share one plan for Friday.
LaTrice Explains Why She Wants Jason
Angela asked LaTrice why she wanted to keep Jason.
LaTrice said Jason had been loyal to her and correctly pointed out that the house could invent a reason to nominate almost anyone.
Rome was dangerous.
Jason was unpredictable.
Melody was influential.
Taylor was organizing.
LaTrice was connected.
Mallory lacked structure.
Yash could target Dee.
Every outsider could be turned into the next acceptable target.
LaTrice understood what following the majority would eventually do to her.
She did not have enough influence to stop it.
Lyric Pushes Against Melody
Taylor told Lyric that Jason was staying.
Lyric then argued that Melody might not be valuable because she was unlikely to win enough competitions to help them.
That was the wrong argument for this house.
The majority viewed Melody as less urgent precisely because she appeared less likely than Jason or Rome to win immediate power.
Jason and Lyric were presenting her lower competition threat as a reason to evict her.
The majority viewed it as a reason to wait.
Lyric Wants a Sympathy Vote
Lyric told Jason that she wanted to give Rome a sympathy vote if he remained nominated.
The vote would not save him.
It could damage her.
Lyric spent the week convincing Chuk, Kamu, Haley and others that she was separating her game from Rome.
Voting to keep him would confirm that her loyalty remained divided.
She could call it sympathy.
The house could call it proof.
Chuk Learns the Breakup Was Fake
Chuk eventually learned that Lyric and Rome were still kissing.
He was surprised.
Haley teased him about being jealous.
Lyric had promised Chuk her vote against Rome, spent time cuddling with him and used their growing closeness to rebuild her position.
She was simultaneously continuing the showmance in private.
Chuk now knows that Lyric managed his perception.
That may not make her an immediate target.
It makes trusting her more difficult.
Kamu Warns Drew
Kamu told Drew that Dee, Angela and Chuk were concerned about his relationship with Melody.
That warning gave Drew time to adjust.
He could create distance from Melody.
He could reassure the alliance.
He could eventually nominate her to prove his loyalty.
Kamu had become more than another Final Two promise.
He was delivering information from inside the alliance directly to Drew.
The Handymen may not receive as much attention as The Jugglers.
The information moving through it could become more important.
Yash Repeats the Angela and Dee Story
Yash told Drew and Kamu that Angela and Dee had informed Taylor they were keeping Jason.
That was the final mutation of the phantom vote.
Taylor believed she had Angela and Dee.
Yash repeated it as confirmed information.
Drew and Kamu now had reason to question whether Dee and Angela were hiding their votes from the alliance.
They were not.
The majority’s refusal to shut Taylor down early had created a rumor capable of making its own members distrust one another.
The Current Vote
The vote remains exactly where it was before Taylor began counting.
If Rome loses the BB Blockbuster, Rome leaves.
If Rome wins, Jason leaves against Melody.
If Jason wins, Rome leaves against Melody.
If Melody wins, Rome leaves against Jason.
Taylor’s majority does not exist.
LaTrice’s campaign does not have enough support.
Lyric’s sympathy vote cannot change the result.
Rome must win.
Jason needs Rome to win and then needs safety himself.
Melody remains the safest nominee.
The Real Story Heading Into Eviction Night
Thursday is no longer only about whether Rome or Jason leaves.
It is about what the false vote exposed before the next HOH.
The Honor Society was leaked immediately.
Taylor and LaTrice learned that access to Angela and Dee did not equal influence.
Dee, Angela and Haley now view Taylor as the leader of the opposing side.
Yash revealed Dee as his target to people connected to her.
Drew and Barrett were forced to reassure Devens.
Kamu learned about the internal suspicion and returned it to Drew.
Lyric’s fake breakup was exposed to Chuk.
Melody survived the week but became more visibly connected to Drew.
The Toolshed still controls the house.
Its members are no longer pretending they all want the same endgame.
Taylor spent Wednesday building votes for Jason.
She never found them.
What she found was the line dividing the house.
The problem is that The Toolshed saw her standing on the other side of it.
