Dee Valladares had already held a lead earlier in the competition.
Drew Campbell remained alive despite trailing for significant portions of what viewers saw.
Then, around 4:20 AM BBT, the feeds disappeared.
That was the correct place to stop the previous article because viewers had not seen anybody finish.
More than eight hours later, the most important fact remains frustratingly simple:
There was still no publicly verified Week 11 Head of Household winner by this article’s 12:35 PM BBT cutoff.
The feeds disappeared while Devens was leading.
They stayed away.
The screen eventually switched to animals.
Hours later, the cameras returned to an exhausted Final Five preparing to sleep.
Dee was downstairs.
Drew was downstairs.
Devens was downstairs.
Taylor was not immediately shown on the camera views being monitored.
Then production eventually zoomed in on Devens’ memory-wall picture.
That gave viewers two completely different breadcrumbs pointing toward two different people.
Neither one is an HOH result.
And at Final Five, pretending otherwise would be ridiculous.
Big Brother 28 Day 74 Live Feeds Update Tracker: After 4:20 AM BBT
At approximately 4:20 AM BBT, the previous update reached its final clean competition checkpoint.
Devens had rebuilt another substantial lead.
That did not mean he won.
Tiny HOH had already spent the morning punishing anybody who looked comfortable.
Devens built.
His structure fell.
Dee moved ahead.
Taylor recovered.
Devens rebuilt.
Pieces fell again.
At approximately 4:13 AM BBT, Devens was first with Taylor second.
Around 4:17, both lost significant progress.
By approximately 4:20, Devens had once again reconstructed enough of his board to hold a solid visible advantage.
Then the cameras disappeared.
That is not a finish.
It is a cliffhanger.
4:30 AM BBT — Still No Feeds
Several minutes after the competition disappeared, the feeds had not returned.
There was no winner announcement.
No HOH key.
No celebration.
No conversation from inside the house.
4:40 AM BBT — Still Waiting
Another ten minutes passed.
The natural assumption became that somebody may have completed the competition after the cameras left.
That remained an assumption.
4:50 AM BBT — Still Nothing
The blackout continued.
At this point, it was reasonable to believe the competition itself had probably reached some kind of conclusion.
It still was not reasonable to write somebody’s name beside HOH without evidence.
5:00 AM BBT — No Result
There was still no public confirmation.
The last thing viewers had actually seen remained Devens holding the strongest visible position.
5:08 AM BBT — WBRB Becomes Animal Loops
The feed screen switched to the adoptable-animal loops.
That made the outage feel more permanent.
It did not reveal the winner.
7:55 AM BBT — Still Animals
Nearly three hours later, the animal loops remained.
No winner had been publicly confirmed.
The strangest HOH finish of Big Brother 28 was becoming less about the competition itself and more about whether the public would ever be shown enough evidence to identify who completed it.
8:24 AM BBT — The Feeds Finally Return
Then the feeds came back.
This should have ended the mystery.
It did not.
Dee was seen in the downstairs shower.
Devens and Drew were sleeping.
The house looked finished with the night.
What viewers did not immediately see was Taylor.
What viewers also did not hear was anybody identifying the new Head of Household.
No clear celebration.

Where was Taylor?
Had Taylor won?

Those were reasonable questions.
They were not answers.
Taylor being absent from the relevant camera views made a Taylor victory plausible.
It did not establish one.
That distinction cannot get lost because the entire point of live-feed reporting is separating what viewers actually know from what they think the camera arrangement might mean.
A person not being shown is not proof.
It is a clue.
A potentially important clue.
But still a clue.
Then Dee also went to sleep downstairs.
That made the Taylor theory louder.

Then Production Zoomed in on Devens
As if the Taylor speculation was not already enough, production added another piece to the mess.
The camera zoomed in on Rick Devens’ picture on the memory wall.
Of course it did.
Devens was the person holding the last visible lead before the cameras disappeared.
Taylor was the person viewers could not account for when the feeds returned.
Then Skippy put Devens’ face directly in the frame.
If the goal was to make the situation clearer, that did the opposite.
The obvious interpretation was that production could have been hinting at Devens.
Maybe.
That still does not make the zoom a result.
Big Brother camera operators have spent years zooming in on pictures, objects and houseguests for jokes, hints, reactions and sometimes no obvious reason whatsoever.
A camera zoom does not carry the same evidentiary weight as a key.
It does not carry the same weight as somebody saying, “Devens won.”
It does not carry the same weight as Devens discussing his HOH decisions from a position of confirmed safety.
The zoom belongs in the Big Brother 28 Day 74 Live Feeds Update because it happened.
It does not belong beside his name as an HOH victory.
Devens Still Owns the Strongest Actual Competition Evidence
While the post-blackout clues are messy, what happened before the blackout is much cleaner.
Devens held the final visible lead.
Not the only lead.
Not an untouchable lead.
Not a winning lead.
The final visible lead.
That wording matters because Tiny HOH had already shown how meaningless temporary control could become.
Earlier, Dee had moved in front.
Taylor had worked herself back into contention.
Devens repeatedly lost progress.
Drew was trailing but remained in the competition.
At 4:13 AM BBT, Devens was first and Taylor second.
At roughly 4:17, both suffered major setbacks.
Within minutes, Devens was rebuilding quickly enough to establish another strong advantage.
Then the feeds went away.
That gives Devens the strongest competition-based argument.
Taylor has the strongest post-blackout circumstantial argument.
Those are two completely different categories of evidence.
Neither category contains a completed result.
This Is Why the Previous Article Could Not Crown Devens
The previous Big Brother 28 Day 74 Live Feeds Update stopped without giving Devens the HOH for a reason.
It would have been easy.
He was ahead.
The cameras disappeared.
A headline declaring him the winner would have looked believable.
It also would have been guesswork.
Tiny HOH is specifically designed to make early leads unreliable.
One wrong movement can destroy minutes of progress.
Viewers watched it happen repeatedly Thursday night into Friday morning.
Devens himself proved how quickly first place could disappear.
Taylor proved how quickly somebody could recover.
Dee proved how temporarily somebody else could move in front.
The competition was still alive when the cameras disappeared.
Being first at the final visible checkpoint does not automatically mean being first at the finish.
The hours after the blackout have not changed that standard.
The Feed Return Somehow Made the Mystery Worse
Normally, feeds returning after an HOH competition solve everything within minutes.
Somebody is carrying the key.
Somebody is being congratulated.
Somebody starts planning nominations.
Somebody says, “My HOH.”
Everybody talks about the competition.
At Final Five, there are only five people left to monitor.
This should be one of the easiest post-HOH results of the season to identify.
Instead:
Dee was downstairs.
Drew was downstairs.
Devens was downstairs.
Taylor was not immediately shown.
Dee later settled downstairs too.
The feeds did not establish an HOH-room reveal.
Nobody gave viewers a clean verbal confirmation.
Then production zoomed in on Devens’ memory-wall picture.
The camera evidence pointed toward Taylor.
The competition evidence pointed toward Devens.
The actual result remained hidden.
For a 24/7 live-feed product, that is almost impressive.
The Pharaoh’s Curse Makes Normal HOH Clues Less Reliable
There is another reason not to overread the morning.
This is not a normal Big Brother round.
Rick Devens accepted $10,000.
The Pharaoh’s Curse became active.
The Final Five learned that somebody is expected to leave within three days.
The houseguests discussed an HOH.
They discussed a possible Veto.
They discussed the possibility of the round not using normal nominations.
Those conversations showed what they understood, believed or inferred.
They did not publicly establish every rule of the twist.
Then Big Brother waited until deep into the night before putting Dee, Devens, Drew and Taylor into Tiny HOH.
The feeds showed the competition.
Then production removed it.
Then everyone eventually appeared exhausted and ready to sleep.
Normal Big Brother tells viewers to look for the HOH room and the key.
The Pharaoh’s Curse has already made the normal weekly schedule unreliable.
That makes circumstantial post-competition evidence weaker than usual.
The only safe standard is confirmation.
We still do not have it.
If Taylor Won, Losing Yash Immediately Becomes Less Damaging
Taylor has the most obvious reason to desperately need this HOH.
Hours earlier, she lost Yash Patel.
Taylor understood what Melody Morris’ replacement nomination could do before Melody made it.
If Yash went up beside Dee, Devens would vote to keep Dee.
Taylor would vote to keep Yash.
Drew Campbell would control the eviction.
Taylor believed Drew would flip.
He did.
Devens voted Yash out.
Taylor voted Dee out.
Drew voted Yash out.
Yash left 2–1.
Taylor entered the Final Five without the player most directly tied to her game.
Dee and Devens remain a visible pair.
Drew and Melody remain extremely close.
Taylor sits between those relationships.
If Taylor won the HOH, that suddenly becomes an excellent place to be.
She would be safe.
She would be guaranteed a place in the Final Four.
Everybody else would have to react to her instead of deciding whether the unattached person was expendable.
And after losing Yash, she would finally have the power to do something about the structure she has been warning Melody about.
That makes the Taylor possibility enormous.
It does not make it confirmed.
If Devens Won, Thursday Becomes an Even More Ridiculous Rick Devens Night
The Devens version of this story is almost too perfect.
Melody finally wins the final BB Block Buster.
Then she wins the Double Eviction HOH.
She nominates Dee Valladares and Rick Devens together.
For the first time, Melody has exactly the shot she has spent weeks saying somebody needed to take.
Devens wins Veto.
Devens removes himself.
Yash goes up.
Drew keeps Dee.
Yash leaves.
Dee and Devens both survive.
Then the Pharaoh’s Curse arrives.
Devens takes $10,000.
Then, hours later, Devens spends significant portions of the Tiny HOH in front and owns the final visible lead before production cuts away.
If he finished the competition, Thursday night into Friday morning becomes one of the strongest single stretches any player has had this season.
He would go from Melody putting him directly on the block to winning Veto, surviving the Double Eviction, taking ten thousand dollars and securing Final Four safety.
That is why the memory-wall zoom immediately sent people in that direction.
It fits the story.
Big Brother results are not decided by which ending fits the story best.
Until Devens is confirmed, he remains the last player viewers saw leading.
Nothing more.
Dee’s Morning Gave Us Almost Nothing
Dee was easier to account for after the feeds returned.
She was seen downstairs.
She showered downstairs.
She later went to sleep downstairs.
That does not look like a traditional post-HOH victory sequence.
The problem is the word “traditional.”
Nothing about this round is traditional.
The feeds did not establish whether the HOH room had been opened before everybody went to sleep.
So Dee being downstairs is useful evidence.
It is not elimination-level evidence.
What we know strategically matters more.
Dee survived the Double Eviction because Drew chose her over Yash.
She still considers Devens her ride-or-die for the moment.
She has also already discussed an endgame where Devens eventually has to be cut.
She likes Melody as a possible Final Three option.

If Dee somehow emerged as the new HOH, she would finally have the direct late-game power she has spent several rounds surviving without.

Drew Went From Deciding Yash’s Fate to Waiting on His Own
Drew’s Day 74 changed almost as quickly as Melody’s.
He entered the Double Eviction with a complicated Pressure Cooker deal involving Yash.
That deal protected Taylor during Yash’s HOH and protected Yash from Drew nominating or renominating him if Drew won the following HOH.
Drew never won that HOH.
Melody did.
Melody nominated Yash.
Drew was free to vote.
He kept Dee.
Technically, that did not violate the exact deal Drew made during the Pressure Cooker.
Socially, it can still become a jury problem.
Then Drew immediately pitched a Final Four involving himself, Melody, Dee and Devens.
That rebuilding attempt barely had time to breathe before Dee and Devens were already willing to talk about targeting him.
Now Drew has gone from casting the decisive vote that eliminated Yash to potentially needing this HOH more than his temporary deals suggested.
When feeds returned, he was sleeping downstairs.
That does not resemble a victory reveal.
It also does not conclusively rule him out without knowing what production did with the HOH room.
Drew’s status therefore remains the least dramatic of the four.
No strong post-blackout clue points toward him.
No verified evidence eliminates him.
Melody Is the Only Person We Can Remove From the Mystery
There is one person we do not need to speculate about.
Melody did not win.
She could not compete.
After entering Thursday without a competition victory, Melody won the final BB Block Buster and then the Double Eviction Head of Household competition.
Those were two enormous wins.
Her replacement-nomination decision then undercut the shot she was trying to take.
Melody nominated Dee and Devens.
Devens won Veto.
Taylor understood that Drew would control the vote if Yash became the replacement.
Melody nominated Yash anyway.
Drew saved Dee.
Both veterans survived.
Now Melody is the outgoing HOH watching somebody else win guaranteed safety at the exact moment her failed Double Eviction shot has left her exposed to both sides of the Final Five.
That is a brutal turnaround.
The Final Five Board Cannot Be Finished Until This Result Is
The underlying relationships remain clear enough.
Dee and Devens are the strongest visible pair.
Drew and Melody remain extremely close.
Taylor lost Yash and now sits between them.
But the HOH result determines which part of that board actually matters first.
If Taylor has power, both pairs have to worry.
If Devens has power, Melody and Drew have immediate reason to panic.
If Dee has power, the woman who just survived the block can decide whether rebuilding with Melody matters more than striking Drew.
If Drew has power, the promise that he wanted Dee and Devens nominated suddenly becomes relevant again.
Four possible winners.
Four different Final Four paths.
One actual answer.
No public confirmation.
That is why this Big Brother 28 Day 74 Live Feeds Update should not pretend nominations or targets have locked when the most important variable on the board remains unresolved.

Where Everybody Stands on Big Brother 28 Day 74 Now
Dee Valladares
Dee survived the Double Eviction because Drew chose to keep her over Yash. Her strongest game relationship remains Devens, but her endgame planning has already included the possibility of cutting him before the Final Two. She has also identified Melody as useful in a potential Final Three structure. The morning feeds showed Dee downstairs, showering and eventually going back to sleep. None of that verified her as HOH. If she lost, her late-game problem remains the same: she has survived repeatedly through relationships and other people’s competition wins, but there are almost no rounds left where that can substitute for her controlling power herself.
Rick Devens
Devens owns the strongest actual competition clue because he held the final visible lead around 4:20 AM BBT. Production later zooming onto his memory-wall picture only intensified the speculation. Neither thing confirms the win. What is confirmed is already significant: Devens survived Melody’s direct shot by winning Veto, removed himself from the block, voted Yash out, took the $10,000 connected to the Pharaoh’s Curse and then put himself in serious contention during Tiny HOH. If he finished the competition, his position changes completely. Until that is verified, the result remains open.
Drew Campbell
Drew supplied the decisive second vote against Yash, immediately attempted to build a Final Four with Dee, Devens and Melody and then entered another HOH competition knowing Dee and Devens had already discussed him as a possible target. The morning feeds showed Drew sleeping downstairs. There is no strong verified clue pointing toward a Drew victory, but the uncertain HOH-room situation means sleeping downstairs cannot independently eliminate him either. Drew’s larger problem remains his entire season in miniature: he can repeatedly rebuild relationships, but each rebuild comes with another person questioning which promise will matter when he controls the next decision.
Melody Morris

She took the shot at Dee and Devens and failed to remove either. Now one of the four players she watched compete will be safe into the Final Four, and Melody has no competition protection from this HOH.
Taylor Brown
Taylor remains the biggest post-blackout mystery. Dee, Drew and Devens were accounted for downstairs after feeds returned while Taylor was not immediately shown on the relevant cameras. That is the strongest circumstantial reason for the Taylor theory. It is still circumstantial. If she won, the timing could not be better: Taylor just lost Yash, cast the only vote to evict Dee and entered the Final Five between Dee–Devens and Drew–Melody. HOH safety would guarantee her Final Four and completely reverse the vulnerability created by Yash’s eviction. Until the result is actually confirmed, Taylor remains a possibility rather than the answer.
